    We are proud to say that Yashry.com is the first online catalogue of its kind in Egypt; we offer our customers a wide range of products from the catalogue of amazon.com so our customers can get their required products from amazon.com while the price is in EGP and includes the total cost excluding the home delivery fees.

  • Why use Yashry.com?

    - You can shop from USA without having a credit card or avoid the risk of using your credit card online.

    If amazon.com doesn’t ship the product to Egypt, don’t worry just search for the product on Yashry.com and we will be able to get it for you.

    - If the product (s) is defected or lost during the shipping process you will get your money back or we will reorder the product for you.

    We handle the shipping & customs clearance.

    It couldn’t be easier. Simply register for an account at Yashry.com and then browse the site and purchase whatever you want. You have several payment methods available and after making a purchase you will receive your selected items within the product delivery time.

  • Can I pay cash on delivery?

    No, we do not have cash on delivery as payment mothod.

  • When do I pay the balance?

    We receive the full payment in advance before purchasing your order.

  • What are your payment methods?

    You can pay for the orders using:

                1- Ask for a runner to your address.

    2- Deposit into our Barclays bank - AAIB bank - CIB bank accounts.

    3- Use our online gateway to pay using your Visa or master card online.

    4- Through Fawry Service.

  • What is your delivery commitment time?

    It depends on the product; the delivery commitment time is available beside each product.

  • Are the products in stock?

    No, we order the product especially for our customers upon their request.

  • Are the products original?

    Yes. All the products on Yashry.com are original.

  • Do you deliver the item(s) to my house?

    Yes we do for a certain additional fees.

  • Is there any additional fee upon delivery?

    The price includes everything except the home delivery fees in case of requesting a runner to deliver the order to your doorstep.

  • Is there a warranty for the products?

    It depend on the product (s) so please revise the product description to check the availability of the warranty, if it is available it would be an int'l warrantee so might be not valid with the authorized dealer in Egypt.

  • What happens if I received my goods & they are damaged?

    We guarantee to deliver the product (s) in the same condition as we received it from the website and in case of any damage we are committed to refund the payment or reorder the product as per your request.

  • What happens if my product (s) is lost or delayed during the shipping process?

    We are committed to deliver you product (s), within the delivery commitment time and if not you have the right to refund the payment or reorder the product (s).

  • Can I return an item (s)?

    Yes you can return your items back and the return process starts after the arrival of the item (s) to our office in Egypt (we do not return the item (s) after the shipping from the seller/website or from our warehouse in USA), and also the return is according to the return policy of seller/website.

  • How much is the Return fee?

    We return your item (s) for 20$ per each half kilo if the seller/website is in USA, if not it depend on the seller/website location.

  • Are the products Brand new or used?

    All the products on Yashry.com are brand new.

  • Does Yashry.com cover/guarantee the manufacturing defects?

    No, Yashry.com doesn't cover/guarantee the hardware & sofware manufacturing defects.

  • Can I exchange an item (s)?

    Yes, you can exchange your items and the exchange process starts after the arrival of the item (s) to our office in Egypt (we do not return the item (s) after the shipping from the seller/website or from our warehouse in USA), and also the exchange is according to the exchange policy of seller/website.

  • How much is the exchange fee?

    - First we return the item back to the seller/website and the shipping cost is 20$ of each half kilo if the seller/website is in USA, if not it depend on the seller/website location.

    - The weight is subject to gross & dimensional weight whichever greater.

    The customs, sales taxes, our fees & int’l shipping of the item (s) are not refundable.

    The exchanged product (s) is subject to customs, sales taxes, our fees and int’l shipping.

     

     

  • How can I track my order (s)?

    You can track your order (s) through your account, by clicking my orders tab in the main menu and then click on the order number to be able to check the status of the item (s) in your order.

  • How can I receive my order?

    You can receive your order (s) by:

    1. Visiting our office at (11-12 Mostafa Refaat St. Sheraton).
    2. Request a runner through the website
    3. By calling our hotline 16546.

     

  • Which one is cheaper Edfa3ly.com or Yashry.com?

    It is variable, there is no rule regarding the comparison of the price between Yashry.com & Edfa3ly so you can calculate the price in both websites to know which one is cheaper.

  • How do warranties work?

     

    All warranties are held with the original suppliers of the product. Products are purchased on behalf of client by www.yashry.com. Invoices are issued to clients upon receipt of their goods. www.yashry.com will assist in sending any items back to suppliers; however this will be at the client's expense.
